Cold Temperatures

As the temperature drops, seal in the heat and lock out the cold with a warmer selection.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great warmth I bought these a few weeks ago. I paired them up a few times with the 2.0 top in single digit temperatures and was extremely warm. I love the waist band on these, I have a few Army issued leggings that the waist band digs in to me by the end of the day of wearing them but this band is thicker and doesn't hurt come the end of a long day. They definitely run a little tight but overall I am very satisfied with these. I would like another set of top and bottom but due to the price i'll just have to wash these over and over and make them last through the week. Excited to try my 4.0's next month when the temperatures really drop.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent for cold weather running PERFORMANCE: I took these for a jog for the first time today. It was 21F and sunny with 8mph winds. I wore these over underwear and underneath a pair of gym shorts (on top I wore gloves and the 2.0 shirt). I jogged at 6mph for 25 minutes. I stayed warm the entire time, and did not sweat hardly at all. FIT: I am 6'2" 180lbs and wear 34" x 34" jeans. The large size of these leggings fits me quite well. They were fitted but not constricting, and they were the perfect length. They stayed in place during the whole run, no adjustments necessary. VERDICT: I anticipate that these will become my go to for cold weather running.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Without the Itch I finally ordered a full set of this product last week when the Arctic chill came to Iowa. I am in an out of a delivery truck all day sometimes on a job site for an hour at a time. The fit of this product was barely noticeable under my work pants and I didn't get overheated while in the warm truck. But as soon as I started moving around outside, i was still perfectly comfortable. Coworkers were wearing insulated bibs and winter jackets. I wore my base layer, jeans and a hoodie and was more comfortable and moved easier than they could. I went out and bought two more sets today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best investment ever I bought this for under my uniform. I never liked the idea of men wearing leggings even under clothing but I finally broke down and bought some this year. With cold temperatures and spending a lot of my shift outside these has saved me from being extremely uncomfortable. I work in law enforcement and find that they do not restrict movement like I thought they would and are not as tight as I thought they would be. They are comfortable and make working outside more manageable when the temp plummets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and comfortable I purchased these for my husband to replace his traditional thermal underwear and he loved them. His job puts him outside during bad weather and these were perfect under his jeans, comfortable while sitting and driving and not too warm when inside. The warmth without the bulk. The fit is snug without being binding and they do not lose their shape unlike traditional cotton thermal underwear. Purchased one pair for him to try and had to go back and purchase more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Far superior then ColdGear while I am aware that the cold gear serves a different purpose. I would strongly recommend buying 1 pair (top and bottom) of these for almost the price of one ColdGear. While I have about 8 full sets of the cold gear and only 2 sets of the base layer 2.0. I much prefer the base layer, especially when it's windy. While they are not windproof they do seem to lessen it more than the cold gear. With a full set of these (tucked in), blue jeans, sweat shirt and a jacket. You will have more than enough to handle Kentucky weather. Which is usually in the single digits in the winter. And windy to the point. That if you are outside for long you better have a face mask. On a separate note: (ALL COLD/HEATGEAR AND BASELAYER) I strongly recommend that you follow the wash label. Which would be cold water, low detergent and air dry. The biggest point would be NO fabric softener. I normally Put them in the dryer until they're about 80% dry (lowest heat). Then take them out and hang them in my house. Before I realized how important it was. I managed to ruin a couple $100 worth of under armor. I'll be it they still work but they look God-awful. On top of that they started as mediums and now they might as well be smalls. Now the cold gear I shrunk takes about an hour to stretch out before it's comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2.0 and 4.0 are excellent Ordered both for outdoor work this cold winter, both worked well as described. I wish they would have the same for socks. I wear uniform and even the 4.0 fits without adding any unwanted bulk. Only drawback, runs a little tight. Would recommend to colleagues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super warm! Wore these skiing and they are amazing. I did quite a bit of research before deciding which ones to go for and I am quite happy with the purchase. They kept me warm all night long and are extremely comfy.
