fits much more “normally” than the compression gear. still seams thin compared to their previous generation cold gear. you could actually wear it as a shirt if you had to but for an old fat guy like me it shines under a sport jacket or pull over. wearing it in that configuration allows me to skip a coat down to about freezing or just below.

Perfect Dryfit For Cooler Weather

Purchased since I was playing baseball in cooler weather and this has a raised neckline for extra protection against the cold. Fits snug to the body and is a great under layer with the jersey.

My son loves UA cold gear shirts. He doesn't like to wear a coat in the winter, so he wears a cold gear shirt with a hoodie. Also during the spring its gets sometimes chilly in the early morning & evenings. My son umpires & wears the cold gear shirts under his umpire shirt.
