Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Pant Just tested this pant for the first time in the TN tree stand for an afternoon hunt. There is still a lot of green leaves in the trees so the Camo seems to blend nicely. It is bright so if you are used to traditional camo it’s different. When the temp dropped below 50 I did feel it. These pants seem to be really good for early season hunting when the temp is above 60. When it drops I would wear a base layer. I wouldn’t wear these in temps below 40. Overall very comfortable and I really like the flexible waistband. I will definitely wear these pants during turkey season.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rugged Terrain Although the product is light weight, comfortable, fits well, and offers a great range of stretch in the field, I found it severely lacking in durability. I am an avid archery hunter in the rugged Colorado Rockies, so durability is a must! Snags on downfall, sneaking through new-growth and undergrowth with protruding twigs and jagged rocks...all become potential hazards. After two days in the field, I was digging out needle and thread to make emergency repairs. Spend a bit more money on a product that won't disappoint you in this area of quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable and functional, not sure about noise. I wanted to get a quick review out here since this is a new product and I'm sure others will be looking at it since the early season is coming up quick. *I have not tried them out in the field yet but there are a few things that are very obvious just from trying them on* I just got them today and tried them on and they are as they described - seemingly water repellent and stretchy for comfort and functionality in the field. They fit true to form, which is great because I wear a large size and length so it's great when a company makes a pant that doesn't stop at 32 length or simply uses generic sizes (L, XL, etc). I have a couple concerns though, which depending on your hunting style and terrain may not matter at all. I hunt both spot and stalk in southern Arizona ROUGH terrain and stand hunt in Wisconsin hardwoods and swamps. Arizona early archery opens in late August when the temps are still high and the monsoon season still brings regular rain. I wanted to pick up a pant that would at least help do a little bit to keep me as cool as possible hiking in and glassing all day and still keep the rain and damp ground off of me. While I haven't had these out in the field yet the texture seems like they will do exactly that. They are also very comfortable and stretchy which should be great for the field. Now onto what I'm not so sure of. The first thing I noticed, and what I was a little afraid of when I ordered, is that being water repellent they are a little "swishy" when you walk and move. They are not nearly like a pair or rain pants so don't think they're that loud at all, but it's noticeable and you will have to be careful if you're moving near easily spooked game or moving around on a calm quiet morning. I do a lot of spot and stalk archery hunting out here so noise is always a HUGE concern. I'm hoping these don't become reserved for stand hunting only. My other concern is their durability in rough terrain. Again, this may not be applicable to the folks hunting less thorny/rocky/nasty vegetation but for me having to move through cactus and thorns and stalking on my belly over rocks I really hope they don't end up getting torn up right away. It's a tall order for a pair of hunting pants to live up to, to be fair and only time will tell. So anyway I hope this helps anyone thinking about these pants. The camp pattern is very vibrant and clear, something I've come to expect from UA. Overall they're comfortable and I don't expect they'll perform in any way other than as described. I just hope they don't end up making too much noise as I walk. I would recommend these if you are hunting warm climates with early season rain and moisture and still hunting or stand hunting a lot. If you're stalking or moving very much or close to your target or don't have a need for a pant to keep you dry I would look for something else. Good luck.
