My son went through 3 of the regular “utility” pants before I decided to try to the more expensive “pro utility” version. This version is thicker and will last through sliding, etc. The regular non pro version is just too thin and develop holes almost instantly when sliding. Under Armour will also not warranty replace a pair of pants with a hole in them. Even if you only get one wear out of them, they will say it’s from “misuse”… even though they are BASEBALL PANTS lol. Anyway, if your son insists on wearing UA because of how they fit, get these pro versions, not the regular ones. Still a bit tough to get dirt stains out of, but that comes with the territory.
