    Not Right For My Feet

    To whom it may concern, I need to request a refund for these shoes. I love everything about them; as they are super comfortable on the base of my feet & I appreciate the support they give my high ankles. However, the padding just beneath the ankle bone have rubbed my ankle so raw that I can’t even bare to wear them & the effects from the discomfort lasted for a week; even after switching back to my old shoes. With that said, I cannot wear these shoes & need to know how to go about getting my funds back for them. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience; as I appreciate the products you provide; by & large.. the structure of my feet just cannot tolerate these Harper 9’s. I am giving you 5 stars because your product is fine; it’s just not right for my feet. Thanks for your help! Timmy
