This works great as a base layer for my outdoor runs in cold weather. I'm sure other people would find it useful for other workouts, but this is how I use it and it works great for me. I lm a medium and the large fit well for me.

Much To Small
I realize this is a compression shirt. But in order to work you have to at least be able to squeeze into it. This shirt was two sizes too small.
