Support And Comfort!
The heat gear compression shirt keeps me feeling supported and cool all day long. I have been wearing these shirts for years and have completely moved away from the traditional cotton undershirt. I encourage wearing a size or two smaller than your regular/typical shirt size for added compression and support.
