Terrible Product. Quality Guarantee Is A Lie. Support Is Beyond Terrible.

Just bought a pair of their interval shorts that were on final sale. They fell apart in 2 days. I got with support and they told me they won’t replace them and would only credit me for the price of the shorts at the discounted rate NOT including shipping. Since the shorts are no longer on sale I have to pay more money to replace a pair of shorts that WERE on sale because Ten Thousand sent me a defective product and won’t refund my card. I wasn’t trying to exchange or return cause I didn’t like the color or the size. I wanted what I paid for and got a terrible product and was told tough luck. Their product guarantee is a LIE. When I buy a product on sale I expect the product will last more than a day. I wouldn’t be surprised if they scam people out of money on regular orders. Don’t buy from this brand if you care about customer support or are worried about getting a defective product. Never buying from this brand again. And to top this off I am not able to review the shorts on their website because per support “ we send out system generated links if your product is eligible for review”.

My Favorite Shorts From Ua

Bought these in store because I loved the shade of blue. Then I had to buy more online after I wore them a few times. Couldn’t get the same color though, but that’s ok, I like the shirts regardless of color. They have a mesh outer layer and a soft inner layer. It makes the shorts feel more substantial than the tech 2.0 style shirts I have been buying from UA. They are not long, but I’ve been looking for a shorter shirt that doesn’t touch my knees almost. The UA logo has a patch rather than a heat transfer logo which I like a lot. I think I have 5-6 pair now in various colors from Venom Red to gray and khaki/tan and that awesome blue.
