Overall a really good training shoe. Provides enough cushion for weight and cardio training. Very clear it is not a running shoe and doesn’t pretend to be. Runs a little small but have been very happy in the weight room with these.

Good shoes for training or walking and running, thick rubber bottoms give lots of support, although shoes with thick bottoms are bad for squatting but you just need flat shoes for that

I have owned BSR 3, BSR 4 and BSR 5 now. Compared to the previous two versions, the most updated BSR 5 provide extremely comfortable and stabilizing while you hit in the gym or step on the court. I highly recommend this shoes to people who wants shoes for all purpose.
