Rock Lifting Gloves
I have been using the rocks lifting gloves for at least 4 years now. I have 4 pair in the same color and wear a different pair everyday to the gym. It keeps them from getting stinky and from wearing out to fast. I live the wrist support and the gloves themselves.

Great Until Not Great
The wrists protection is excellent. Good strong velcro. The leather is soft and the stitching is the worst part about them. I wear mine at least 5 times a week. By the second week you will have seems splitting between the fingers. Until that point they are great but not $45 great. After buying three pair in three months I'm gonna move on. Save your money.
