Rated 1 out of 5 by from Comfortable but that's about it I've had two pair of these boots. I was please with the comfort and weight of these boots for my job. After the first ones began to break down I attributed it to the salt and calcium build up from working outside in a prison. So I decided to give them a second chance and bought another pair. In less than a year the back section of the left sole came completely off and I was forced to glue it back on so I could continue wearing my boots to work. I've learned the hard way by throwing money away on two pair. I will not be purchasing another pair of UA boots. They do not live up to the quality of your other products. I'm highly disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Comfortable boot This boot breaks in nice. It’s very comfortable. The down side which is very disappointing, the tread on both boots are breaking apart piece by piece. the quality usually associated with UA fell short on this product!!!!...... BIG TIME. Pretty sure I won’t be a repeat buyer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Work as a Paramedic and Agent in Philadelphia and owned a pair of these just over six months... The “polishable toe” leather is terrible. After stepping in and out of an ambulance after a week the leather was torn to shreds from normal contact with the diamond plateing on the truck and just got progressively worse. They looked terrible after that even with an attempt to polish. The laces have torn and the seems on the heal of the boot are ripping. Has an odd fit and very difficult to don and doff in a hurry. Also the way the heal is tapered has the cuff of your pants sit odd. Very uncomfortable to where any realistic amount of time on you feet during a shift. Worst of all they didn’t even last a year. Going to have to replace soon.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Insole Boots are lightweight not sure how rugged they are, seem sort of cheap, but maybe that's because of how light they are. The insole is lousy, if I keep these I will but new insoles for them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent work boots! I love these boots they are comfortable and good on wet surfaces. I am still in the process of breaking them in but the fact that I am on my feet a lot during the day and they are comfortable scores a lot with me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good and bad First of all these boots are very uncomfortable. Soles are hard as a rock. Killed my feet. But on the plus side they are very light weight which is a plus. I have a very physical job and I have put these boots to the rest. They have held up great. Seen like they will last for a long time. Fit is great. They fit around my feet great. Good support and protection. It's a shame they aren't comfortable. Had to buy some new insoles and they're ok now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from If you're a street cop or prison cop do not buy I want to love these boots but some things that I can not over look in them are for one the souls are non slick resistant...I bought these boots right before shift and learned the hard way that these boots do not like any hint of a wet floor, unfortunately I work in a max prison where im always walking through water and or bodily fluids. To be honest i never wore these boots 100% how they came out of the box, once I purchased them I instantly threw my preferred insouls so I do not know how the stock ones feel. On the positive side they are metal detector safe so no need taking them off all the time, which is good because these things are a huge pain to take off, the tounge of the boot is sowed so high up into the boot, when you take them off it is always a struggle no matter how loose you make the laces. On another note the leather on these are nice, I am able to get a mirror shine on them on all sections of the boot that has leather. Where I work at is in the middle of a swamp, these boots do pretty well in wetland areas here in florida...just not when you try to sprint on wet roads or any type of wet floor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The style is awesome but... I ordered the size that was recommended by the True Size tool which is exactly mu usual 10.5 size. Unfortunately it ended up being too big. (half a size to one size too big) Also I found the material to be quite stiff but maybe after a few weeks the leather would soften I guess but right of the bat, I didn't find them comfortable enough. A bit stiff for my liking. I decided to go back to Valsetz boot which they are exactly the right size as any of my other regular shoes, much lighter too and overall for me, much more comfortable Returns was done efficiently.
