This hoodie is comfortable and it keeps me warm. The Storm protection is a big plus. The rain runs right off.

I put this on and snuck up on my kids, they never saw me coming. The hoodie fits true to its size, maybe a little bit snug. You will likely want to size up of planning to layer underneath.
