Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great fit but... I'm 6'0", 195lbs, 45" chest, 33" waste (train min 5 days/week). The large fits me perfectly. Pay attention to what UA says on size chart and don't guess/make adjustments. The only times I've received products that don't fit were with UA shoes or when I didn't follow the fit guide. Yes, it's tight - it's a compression shirt. The quality is fine but absolutely agree with other reviewers that the white is transparent and the chest logo doesn't work. UA logo is clearly visible under a white dress shirt because the logo is opaque and shirt fabric is sheer. I'd wear only these as undershirts if the logo weren't visible.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Thinner material/ collar does not lay flat I work in law enforcement and have been wearing compression Under Armour shirts under my uniform for the last 4 years and have loved them until recently. My older shirts held up well for a few years but the new ones do not. The new shirts are made of a thinner material. While they are still comfortable, the thinner material has turned the collar into what I call a "quitter" after only a few washes. The collar does not lay flat and now bunches up/hangs and has a bacon look to it. I will now have to look to an alternative undershirt/brand as these new shirts and collars do not hold up and give that professional look that I need

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Would like to give 5 stars I was looking for a compression garment that I could wear as an under shirt. This item seemed to fit the bill. I read the reviews and ordered it. When I got it, it fit great. It was comfortable for all day wear and dries quickly when washed. That's the good part. The bad part is that the logo shows through on light colored shirts and polo's. That's a big no no. Others have written this, but I didn't think it would be a big dea. Trust me, it is. UA: please remove the logo from this garment. You guys make hundreds of items with the logo, making your underwear or underwear like garments without the logo shouldn't be a big deal. I'd like to order a bunch of these, but.........................

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Market these as a base layer for dress clothing! I have a stockpile of Heatgear Tactical Compression t-shirts for use under my military uniforms, but I think they are heavily overlooked when it comes to use under civilian clothing. I also own sets of black and white that I wear daily under my work clothes (shirt/tie) and under whatever I wear out at night so that nothing shows through. The *subdued logos* make them perfect for use under dress shirts - especially ones made of light/thin materials for use in the warmer months. Regular Heatgear Compression products are unsuitable for this purpose, as the contrasting logos show through light-colored or sheer shirts. The ability of other fabrics to slide over UA products and not bunch up is a huge help in keeping outer layers looking neat and keeping the wearer comfortable. Hopefully UA expands the line to include some additional colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST COMPRESSION UA UNDERSHIRT MY USER NAME IS NOT DOOMATATUM!! This UA product is the best undershirt on the market it works as advertised and preforms very well!. Comfortable and moisture wicking just like the UA original stuff from the very beginning ! It is compression fit and keeps muscles in check as well as allowing the sweat to rapidly pull away from the body and lets you dry faster. Yes this is a little pricey but it works as advertised. If the geniuses in marketing want to forever lose my business, then stop making this shirt. They have almost done this with the boxers by no longer offering in same material and compression fit! The Boxer Jock with a working fly is no longer made in the 84% Polyester/16% Elastane. Why they did that is only a guess(((

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Get rid of logo! These would be great undershirts and good competition for much more expensive undershirts...BUT the LOGO must go. If UA insists on branding everything,I understand, but put it at the bottom of the shirt so they are still functional for how consumers want to use the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality has gone way down! I bought some of these shirts about 6 years ago and they lasted for about 4 years before they started to show wear and could no longer be worn under my uniform. I will say this exceeded my expectations and I was more than happy with how well the shirts lasted and the overall appearance of them. However, I purchased some replacement shirts about a year ago and they are not the same. The quality seems to have been greatly reduced and as a result the collar doesn't stay flat and seems to get stretched out really easily. This caused the undershirt to look pretty bad under my uniform and that translates into my uniform looking unexceptionable. I have been a fan of UA but I am probably going to look at the competitors to replace the undershirts I bought about a year ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like a second skin... I have several of these that I bought over the years for wearing with my uniforms, so when the tan 499 color was released, I quickly bought one. I tried it on right out of the package and almost fell in love with how it fit! I could move around in the shirt freely without feeling any bunching up in my armpits. I washed it, and then wore it during my following drill weekend and I almost forgot I had a shirt on, it felt so great. My only gripes would be that the shirt is a little snug around the neck sometimes, and cosmetically, I was a fan of the old tonal logo that used to be on the chest. Aside from that, great job! It looks really good with my uniform!
