Great Workout Short
I've been wearing UA training shorts in the gym for years now. These have a good fit and are lightweight. The 7-in inseam is a little shorter than I am used to but I actually like it. I'm 6 ft 220 athletic build and a size large fits me well

Good Shorts But Not Loose
These are the loose fit. The waist is good at XL for me but the material pulls across the front and tight around the crotch. This is not considered loose.
