Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but not great... This is definitely the softest t-shirt I've worn. However, why did you have to go and change the stitching??? I've been wearing UA for a long time and I have to say, while the shirt material is the best to come out of the UA line, the stitching is just terrible. It's itchy and it makes the shirt uncomfortable in certain areas during movement. It pulls against the body in a way... I'm not a fan of the way the stitching at the top of the shoulder follows the collar bone either. From the profile it looks sloppy and not as clean as it used to look with the UA tech tees. I bought a bunch of these assuming they would be awesome but have to say I'm a little disappointed and I'm considering exchanging for UA Tech tees.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad material I have a lot of under armour clothing that I like due to the style and high quality. Up to this point everything has been of high quality. This is one of the poorest quality shirts. Very thin material, so much that lighter colors are almost see through. After a few hours wearing the material became very itchy. Very disappointed in the poor cheap quality. Should be discontinued. Definitely has left a bad impression. Does not live up to the under armour standard I am used to.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Issues - Threadborne I have purchased many UA products and been very pleased with them all EXCEPT the Threadborne t-shirts. While the material is very soft, this particular t-shirt does not breathe as well as the original line of UA Tech t-shirts. Also, after 1 month of wear tiny fuzz balls are appearing around the neck. I have over a dozen of the UA Tech t-shirts, many over a year old, and they continue to hold up and perform very well. I recommend sticking with what works! The UA Tech.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's not that bad after all After reading some of the reviews I chose to give it a shot since it's still a best seller anyway so I went ahead to buy two. To my surprise it does feel good, the quality of the t-shirt and it fits good on me. Maybe different build people different preferences and views, to me it didn't feel as bad as some reviews although I haven't wash them yet since I just received them today. Some tees I own from under armour have fuss balls as well so I think they should fix their tees besides this. My only problem is that the sleeves feels slightly longer so I may have to roll them up even though thats gonna feel weird.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great material, horrible stiching I own a ton of the UA Tech t-shirts so I figured I'd grab a few of these new Threadborne T's because of all the hype (and the fact that the standard UA tech are becoming unobtanium). I purchased 5 of them. Worst mistake ever. The material is amazing. I love it. It's very comfortable and soft. It has more of a comfy t-shirt look to it, and less of a "gym-bro" look. But... The stitching is awful. Why on earth would anyone at UA think this would be a good idea? You had a perfect pattern with the UA Tech shirt. The seams made the shoulders fall perfectly. There was no rubbing. There was no uncomfortable seam in a bad spot. They fit beautifully. I wore one of these t-shirts on a morning bike commute, which requires me to carry a small backpack with my uniform in it. With the placement of the seam being in the world's worst spot, rubbed my skin raw because of the straps. I tried wearing one to the gym, and the entire time I was being annoyed by the shoulder seams. Please take this material and combine it with the UA Tech pattern. You'd have the perfect shirt.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor material I have received five threadborne shirts and three of them have been itchy, the three that are itchy are all the same, the two that are not itchy have good breath ability and are comfortable but the three that are the same are itchy and a little big, I have worn under armor shirts for years now and I am not impressed with some of the threadborne shirts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shockingly disappointed I guess it finally happened to me. Got all excited for a new product, bought a few, and now returning all of them. A threadborne crew, v-neck, and long sleeve. The crew- stitching is oddly placed and itchy. Kept having to adjust the shirt. V-neck- the neck line is weird, the black color is tough to look at in person, and the fabric comes with pilling/threads coming out. Same with the long sleeve. Noticed the pilling in the fabric at Dick's this past weekend too, so it's going to be a common problem. Can't even imagine what will happen to these clothes after washing them. And this is coming from someone who has bought a TON of UA products. From shoes to shirts to pants to hats. Threadborne is ThreadDead. Sorry UA. I still love u!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Threadborne Fabric using UA Tech Design Please This new fabric that UA has engineered is A++. It is super soft and plush like cotton, but performs, stretches, wicks, and dries like a synthetic blend. Ina ll honesty I've been waiting for a shirt like this for a long time. Imagine an American Apparel spun cotton shirt that you can work out in and not be soaked and stink after...amazing right? That part is great. The 2 stars come from the awful design template that was used for these shirts. Some reviews already explain so I will add on. The shoulder stitching makes no sense. What made UA Tech shirts so awesome was the shoulder stitching that went across the chest and back with no seams on the top of the shoulder. That design makes the shirt lay flat creating a neat and athletic fit and profile. The shoulder stitching patter on this new design crosses the top of the shoulder and comes too close to the arm in the under arm area. This probably wouldn't be the worst design ever dreamed up, except that the UA Tech design was so good. Why in the world UA would you change this? This seam pattern does the exact opposite of the Tech and instead creates a very baggy and sloppy looking profile, especially when your arms are in a raised position, and are noticeably felt when the shirt is worn. I wouldn't go as far as some reviews here to say that it's itchy, but you can definitely feel the seams where the UA Tech seams were virtually unnoticeable. Again, if UA took this amazing new fabric and used the Tech templates this would be the best shirt ever designed in short sleeve/long sleeve/qtr-zip, and I would have kept the 18 shirts I bought instead of returning all of them. I'll patiently wait for UA to use this review for the genius that it contains...and create the perfect shirt for all of us.....
