Ruined Prior Version Of These Pants

I have previously bought several pairs of these pants and they are great, but this revised new version is much worse. The pants are now super baggy, and the side pocket, which is the main reason I bought these pants, is too low and too big, so when I put my cellphone in it, it bangs around behind my knee, and even down to my calf. The cellphone also turns sideways in the pocket. And, finally, because of the new position of the side pocket, it's difficult to get into it while sitting down.
