Why aren't the black shorts black? It would be a stretch to even call them charcoal gray they are so light. I love them and will wear them but I ordered black and these aren't black by anyone's definition.

The UA Vanish Knit Heather 6" shorts have quickly become my go-to for the gym. The knit fabric (a 92/8 poly-elastane blend) is genuinely lightweight and has real 4-way stretch, so nothing pulls or restricts whether I'm squatting, sprinting, or stretching. They're snug and form-fitting without feeling like compression, and the heather finish gives them a cleaner, less "gym-gear" look that works fine for running errands too. The standout is how fast they dry — sweat wicks away quickly, and they never feel heavy or clammy mid-workout. The elastic waistband with the internal drawstring holds a secure fit, though if you like a looser cut you may want to size up, since these run close to the body. My only minor gripe is the lack of a zip pocket, so keys and a phone don't have a lockdown spot. Overall, a comfortable, breathable short that performs exactly as advertised. Highly recommended for anyone who runs hot or trains hard.

I used to wear a different brand’s shorts and recently decided to take a look at UA’s shorts. I’ve heard good things, but never actually gave them a try. These shorts are very lightweight and breathable. The length is spot on, but I wouldn’t recommend going any shorter.

I have worn and washed these shorts one time each. The quality of the fabric and construction is good. I had 2 gift cards, one form Dick's and a Visa, that I wanted to use before they expired. I would not normally purchase work out shorts for $40.
