I'm a college XC and Tf runner and I will say I'm not confident in spikes. but I ran in these and I was able to give what I have in my legs while still having more to go. I have another race in a week and I feel like a 4:10 1500 is very doable. so in summary these spikes feel great, although I thought they were too small at first but you just have to loosen them well and then adjust them correctly.
