Just received these last week and I am very happy with them. They are comfortable and supportive. The slip in function is great after a work out. And I love that I don’t have to tie them up. The boa laces work great. I would highly recommend these shoes for training.

Emphasis On The “Slip”, Not So Much The “Speed”

These shoes are sufficient for metcon workouts and lifting. They are not efficient with doing running/sprints. I fully tightened down the Boas and still ran out of them when doing sprints.
