Light Shoe
This has been a good shoe for my short to medium runs and speedwork. The tongue may cut into your ankles if you wear no-show socks.

Great Soles
Amazing performance shoes, for just about any reason. Soles make for great comfort while running, amazing bounce and support at the gym and even look gray with jeans just walking around.
