Comfy And Amazing Cut, But Pilling After 2 Months

I've been wearing this crew and its equivalent styles from UA for many years. The cut is as flattering as it gets, and their form holds after hundreds (thousands?) of intense training sessions and washes. I'm an aerialist, and these crews have never left my hips when inverted, which is why they're my go-to. I recently ordered a new "batch" and was delighted that the fabric is softer than ever, and the stitching looks even better than before. However, I noticed that after just a couple months of use, they're pilling! I am surprised and disappointed.
