Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just about perfect. I received this vest for Christmas and ran in it for the 1st time yesterday. It was around 35 degrees with a feel like temp of 30, I never felt cold once. The vest did move around a bit while running. I have a medium and wear a 36B for a bra size. I am not sure if the small would fit more snug in the bust but, then to tight in the waist. The bottom of the vest is elastic and hugs your hips to help keep out the cold. In the model pictures it looks loose, I am guessing the models have no hips. I like that the right pocket is really a bag that the vest can be folded up into for travel. My only complaint is the collar, while running it hits me in the chin. I ignored it after a while but, it was annoying. When I got warm I unzipped the vest a bit and then both sides were hitting me under the chin. I am going to try and find some magnets or snaps that I can put on the end of the collar tips. This way I can secure them down while running. This is not the only outerwear item I run in and I have the same problem with my jacket. I can't imagine I am the only one. UA should look into adding magnets or something to secure the collar flaps open.
