Good For Triathlon

This non-padded bra is good under a race tri suit because it’s non-absorbent and weightless. Also makes larger chests appear smaller.

Light Support At Best - Not Medium Support

As a 36C I'm not trying to defy gravity, I just want support during hard workouts (running, kickboxing). This was light support at best - I've gotten better support from a wireless tshirt bra, and from a tshirt held snug with a hair tie. Had to find an alternative, I wouldn't even wear these for walking around everyday use as it's pointless. Compression bras only work if there's some compression involved.

Awful Design Change

These used to be good but now with the giant pointless hole in the back its horrendous. Its just another seam to chafe, add weird bulk, and fall apart quickly. Because of the awful design choice the actual bras don't fit well either so they have almost zero support for even a small chest. Why add useless nonsense to a basic bra that didn't need any bells and whistles in the first place?
