Need To Purhase More
I purchssed womens size medium. The shorts fit great and the length is perfect. I like the waist band. It is not binding with my little overflow belly. It is comfortable and lightweight. I will purchase more. How about a bogo sale? A girl can dream.

Too Short For Thicker Thighs
I got these to try them out while hiking hoping they prevent chafing and dry quick. I am 36" in the waist and 50" in the hips and ordered the XL. They mostly fit and were on the more compressive side but not uncomfortable. My problem is with the length. With thick thighs they just weren't long enough to prevent mid thigh chafing and obviously cutting in on the bottom hem which would probably be uncomfortable long term. I also got the HeatGear 7" shorts which were long enough and I'm looking forward to using.
