I'm a 34B and got a medium even though a small was suggested in the size chart. I really don't like my bras super tight, and a medium fits good and comfortable. Only thing I wasn't aware of is that you can't remove the padding in this sports bra.

Love This Design
I love that there are no removeable cups but I feel supported and confident. I work outside in all kinds of weather and this product is breathable and comfortable for any type of movement. I have a broad rib cage and am a C/D cup and a large is perfect for me!

Too Tight To Get On
Normally wear small, bought a small. It's super tight. If it had a traditional hook in the back would have been easier. Had to wiggle like crazy to get it over my shoulders. Once on, the band around the chest was still a little tight, but a size up would have been too big.The cups fit well, but seemed stiff and tall. Didn't hug and move with my body. Sadly returning it.

I Had To Use Scissors To Cut It Off My Body
I bought this based on the bra quiz. I ordered XL after ordering XXL in the past and having XXL be WAY too large for me. This bra was tight, but I did manage to squeeze my way into it...and then...I couldn't get it off. The only way I could get it off was to get a pair of scissors and literally cut it off. There is no way this was an XL. It was a Medium size at best. I recommend ordering 2 sizes up.
