I’ve assembled at least six trampolines over the years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The overall quality is extremely disappointing—especially considering this was not a cheap purchase. What should have been a simple setup turned into an all-afternoon project. With four people helping, it took us nearly four hours to put together. In the past, I’ve been able to assemble similar trampolines in about an hour with the same amount of help. The instructions were poorly written, confusing, and not helpful at all. To make matters worse, the package was missing a bolt and nut, forcing me to stop and make a trip to the store just to finish assembly. That alone was incredibly frustrating. After finally getting it set up, the problems didn’t stop—the safety net ripped on the very first day of use. That’s completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the durability and safety of this product. Overall, this trampoline is cheaply made, overpriced, and a huge headache from start to finish. I would absolutely not recommend it and would never buy from this brand again.

Given The Wrong Trampoline Twice
I purchased this online and was shipped the wrong trampoline. I called arranged for a return and a replacement to be sent. The replacement was sent and it was the wrong trampoline again. When I called they said they're completely out of stock of what I purchased and so they have no way to help me or figure out if I did receive the wrong thing. Dicks doesn't actually carry Upper Bounce trampolines. They just advertise them on their website and will give you something else instead. Do not buy this item!!
