Spent time measuring carefully for a very excited 4 year old boy who is awaiting this renovated gift of a trampoline. Dicks sells Upper Bounce brand trampoline mats. Appears well made. Box says 12 ft diameter. Sewn on label says 12’. The mat appears small. Measures TEN FEET! Card included with product says to call Upper Bounce , the manufacturer, for “speedy and prompt assistance” ( Dicks for returns only). Upper Bounce phone number included is not in working order! Their FB page has 2/5 rating and last post is from 2022! Link to Website company by whole different name. If a company’s quality control is so poor they can mislabel and ship a product that 2 feet too small and list an out of order phone number…. Returning to Dicks and hesitant to place further orders. I guess you could order 4 sizes and cross your fingers, and return 3, IF your lucky!
