    Bought for my son as a Christmas gift and it doesn’t even turn on .

    Bought back in December 2024 and it’s already stopped working. After multiple attempts to reach out to customer service for warranty with no success finally just purchased a new walking pad on Amazon from a different brand of course. Buyer be warned not for long term/consistent use.

    Good But Power Issues

    Been using this for a few weeks and overall love it. However the port where the cord gets plugged in was faulty, and not allowing the cord to be fully plugged in. The walking pad would stay on once I situated it right, but frustrating until I found that sweet spot. I called the Urevo customer support and they wanted me to send in a video with the issue so their technical team could assess. The rep told me that Dick's is not an authorized supplier so if the tech team couldn't suggest a replacement it would have to be returned to DDicks. It's too bad because I really do like the walking pad. Keeps track of steps, distance and calories and super quiet, no one on the other line knows I'm walking while working!

    I have been using this for a little over 2 weeks now and I love it! Very convienent for days I work from home or days its too cold out to walk. I feel good after using it!
