I have had this for about two months and so far it’s been great. The plates have a part where they won’t roll away on the barbell. I recommend this for any person. I love that the plates are removal and you can use them as their own separate weight. My only complain would be that the bar itself is a bit hard when doing hip thrusts, but to counter that I just use a towel and wrap it around the bar as much as possible, that seems like the best solution in my opinion.
