Smaller Than The Nominal Size

These shoes run too small. I bought two pairs online for my twins, who normally wear 1.5 size shoes. I bought size 2.0 and they do not fit them. The foot barely goes in the shoe. My kids have grown up with Vans and we never had a problem with sizes. Both pairs will be returned... Too much hassle. Dick's should already know that these shoes are abnormally small (or mislabelled).
