Dick's Shipped The Wrong Size Not Once, But Twice....

Dick's shipped the wrong size not once, but twice....it was as if they threw any size in the box. Return process is inconvenient, I have to pack up and ship, no option to get correct size re-delivered, refund is delayed. Shoes are great for we have purchased them before. I would recommend the product but would not recommend purchasing from Dick's on-line.

Dicks Is Horrible

I bought these shoes and had to return them 3X!!!! The first time I ordered them Dicks sent me one shoe!! I could t believe it. The next 2X they sent me the wrong size, even after the customer service rep and I explicitly talked about the size and I emailed her pictures. I wasted so much time with them. Hours of my time. Not to mention it was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. Dicks really failed me.

I ordered an 8.5 when I got the shoes The size was 7.5 sent back re ordered 2nd pair came 7.5 sent the shoes back ordered from Tillys & got the proper size!!!!!!!! Train the warehouse people to read the orders properly & if they are not American make sure they know how to read English. nI am not happy about any of this!!!!!!!!!!!! Ending up getting the shoes from Tillys after Christmas but at least I received the proper size!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super Cute Shoe And Goes With A Lot!

I love these shoes and they’re very versatile. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the tongue in the right shoe sometimes digs into my ankle and causes discomfort. I’ve only worn them a couple times and am hoping it will go away when they break in a little more. The left shoe is fine. Overall, these are adorable and I get compliments every time I wear them!
