This is my son's third set of shoulder pads and he said they were the best he has had so far.
Superb
My son had some Xenith pads prior to these. They wore out and broke. We went to the store and purchased these. He says he absolutely loves them. He’s says he can really take a hit with them. (Not sure how I feel about that) they are well made. But with confidence.

Bought these pads for 10 year old QB. His team passes a lot based on his skill set and these pads allow the movement he needs to make every throw. Unfortunately there is an issue when you buckle the pads and there is extra belt with no where to put it. I was told by CS and they said you have to wrap it back the way it starts. This gives it a bend at the end and that bothers my son when he throws. They need to make it easier for this portion to be tucked away.

Great product never thought about upgrading his shoulder pads until my son tried it on and fit like a glove.

My son is a 13yo 8th grade WR. He outgrew the Xenith Flyte and was looking for the next best thing. These are it. Light weight and are great for skilled positions. He likes them on the smallwe side for greater mobility. Looks sick! He has the helmet.

I am very pleased with the VICIS pads I bought for my son. We tried numerous different types of pads. The Battle shoulder pads didn’t fit nearly as good as VICIS did. The full piece chest was a huge selling point for me, I was somewhat skeptical with how it would fit since you could not adjust the chest plate. However through 10 full pad practices, we have been able to easily get them on and off, and my son loves them.

We heard great things about this pad. A ton of kids on my son’s team decided to purchase this year. My son had gone through a huge transformation physically from last season so I most definitely needed to get him new gear. It came highly recommended, however my son is much taller and wider than other kids his age. He’s 12 and stands 5’6 with a 17 inch shoulder and although we were told these would be suitable they just were not. He’s unfortunately was injured during play as his under arm and shoulder was left completely exposed. We will be returning tomorrow.

My kid says they're the best pads he's played in only thing I'd recommend improving is a slot to put the accesive slack from tightening them.

These don’t cover the collar bone. My son is 15in from shoulder to shoulder and we bought these in a large. They expose his collar bone! We are two practices in with a bruised collar bone and 140.00 dollar unusable set of pads!! Our xenith flyte 2 were 100% better!

Son loves the feel of these pads and the weight. He loves that they feel so much lighter than his pads last year. One con is the backplate only has one screw so if you need to adjust it more you are going to have to drill holes. He had a shorter torso so this hangs too low on him so we just took off the back plate. It would also be nice in the design if the straps had a hold to slide into like his old pair to hide them away. Overall all his buddies have made comments about loving the look of them.

Bought these for my son this season (11u high-level competitive football). He loves them. They fit great and he has a lot more range of motion and feels more protected than the xenith he wore the previous 3 seasons.

These pads are the real deal for skill players. My son moved from the i gamous Douglas JCP Juniors to these. The Douglas are a bit heavier and id say a little more range limiting by virtue of design. Hes been hitting in these for a few weeks now and
