Label is attached to the box of the product which as you can see by the pictures is less than ideal. The board is chipped and damaged. I contacted customer service for help before leaving this review but the offer was a $5 discount on the next order after I drive this to the store or fedex to ship back. That is not really acceptable as a sufficient resolution for the level of disappointment and effort. Customer Service rep , Juan, was not helpful anymore than this and said he hoped I figured out a way to fix my issue soon. End of story. If you can pick this up in the store, go for it. If you are shipping to your house then I would think twice.
