Batting Helmet For A Junior Player

The batting helmet provides excellent protection while allowing the player to maintain great vision while covering the jaw and side of his face; this jawline protector can move to either side that is required. Great product, gives the player the confidence to stay in the box.

Good Helmet With Ok Padding

This helmet performs great and looks nice as well. Fits my son's head well and has protected him through several games. The padding, however, does not hold up as well - it the liner over the foam will eventually detach and then the foam starts to soak up a lot of sweat, etc. Just keep this in mind and be prepared to buy a new helmet every few seasons. Also note that this helmet is NOT compatible with the version without the jawguard. You cannot simply remove this jawguard and put it on a non-jawguard version - the jawguard itself comes off but the non-jawguard version has a riveted-in button which prevents you from properly attaching the jawguard on.

Great Helmet For Our Little Leaguer

My son and I went shopping for a new helmet as he headed into the little league playoffs. We went to Dicks and tried on what seemed like every brand and model they had in stock. This Victus Junior helmet fit him great and also had the look he was after. The helmet feels like it is really well made with quality materials and seems like it will last for as long as his head remains little league size!

Smaller Than Victus Junior Nox Even Though It's Advertised To Be Larger

This is our second time buying this helmet. The first one is losing its foam after a couple of years, but my son likes it so we just bought the same one to replace it. We also tried the Victus Junior Nox helmet. That one says it is slightly smaller than this helmet but it is NOT. It is much larger. It was falling into my son's eyes. I even double checked the sticker inside to make sure we bought the Junior version. This one fits perfectly though. He's a size 7 hat. If you tried the Nox and it was too big, give this one a try.
