Worth The Money And Great Value

I was skeptical at first because I thought it was just a pretty wrap around a regular bat and my son really wanted it. But it has great feel, tape feels nice and it makes solid contact and seems to have a decent sized 'sweet spot'.

Awesome Bat I Guess!

We bought this bat a month ago and my son loves. Weather or not it's better than any other bat I can't say. What I can say is the confidence my kid gets from having this bat is out of this world. He swings at everything and loves to throw in my face that he's hitting so much better with this bat then his older one. Again I can't go into the specifics but my son is more successful at bat because of this bat.

My 10 year old had one of them last year & was a fan. Figured it wouldn't be operating at full capacity this year, SO I got him another. Has some good punch to it.

Light Weight

Baseball has changed drastically since I was a kid. He needed a heavier bat or aluminum bat. Well at dicks aluminum bat is two parts and 469.00. If it has to have the stamp on it the sport is way to expensive shopping there. Softball bats are still aluminum but they aren’t cheap either an he isn’t playing softball. Blame it on inflation or my kid being spoiled I don’t care. I never needed batting gloves as a kid either and wooden bats worked ok in the 80s also. Pretty sure a slugger wasn’t 500$

Why Are Bats This Expensive?

It's a fine bat. My son is hitting well with it. You know what else he hit well with? The bat that we get for $15 used when it was his size too. There's nothing about any of these bats that make them even remotely worth the cost, but we somehow as a society decided we'd pay these prices for our kids to play.

Looks Good But Not That Good Of A Bat

Its a cute idea for the paint job on this bat, but my son used it once and refused to use it ever again. Being a one piece bat he didnt realize how different it would be from his 2 piece and stung his hands a lot with each hit.
