Great Way To Increase Strength And Bat Speed

After my 12yo who is on the small side used to swinging -11 or -10 bats, this has really helped improve my son's swing mechanics and got him a little stronger to the point where he wants to get a -8 bat now. Exactly like a Camwood bat but a little less expensive. Great value!
