So Comfortable But…

I absolutely love the sole on these sandals - the most cushion I have ever experienced. I live in a coastal area with higher temperatures, so being able to wear supportive and cushiony sandals vs full-coverage athletic shoes is a blessing. Having adjustable straps at 3 points makes for a secure feeling walk too. I also like that the sole color matches the straps and the 2 pairs that I have. But I have 2 complaints. First, these are not even water resistant. Which is annoying living near the beach and dealing with pop up rain showers much of the year. Second, the straps around the ankle move around while walking. Before securing the velcro strap, I adjust the padded straps next to my skin so they are in line under the velcro. But within 10 minutes of walking, they start sliding out. I end up with the straps and pads not together creating a sloppy look and somewhat uncomfortable feel. My next step is to sew the padding to the velcro strap and use the heel closure to take the shoe on and off.

Comfy, Stylish, And Practical Walking Sandals

I am someone who walks distances daily. I would hesitate to wear these sandals for fun walking like shopping too.

I bought these for a recent trip to France. In the past I had worn some sort of athletic shoe for daily sightseeing but they were always so hot on my feet. I wore these everyday of the 2 week trip and couldn’t be happier. If you have ever visited Europe, you will know that a good portion of their streets and sidewalks are uneven stones but these sandals held up to the challenge. My feet and ankles were safely and securely strapped in. The gold leather were also a prettier version of the typical brown leather sandals most people wear. One comment….the strap that goes around the ankle is quite long and the Velcro almost misses connecting. It’s fine if you have thicker ankles but if yours are very thin, it could be a problem.

I love this shoe for walking climbing over rocks and just everyday shoes. I got the blue and very stylish matches denim, whites, and most clothes great. I need and love the 3 adjustable straps. great comfortable sandels.

Save Your Money...

At first I really enjoyed these sandals. I bought them for vacation and they worked out well. When I got home I wore them around town and then noticed the stitching ripped on the side and there was no longer any support.
