The Perfect Idea For Travel But Not As I Had Hoped

I bought this Walk Roam Loafer to audition for a long European trip where I wanted one pair that I'd walk in every day, that would be nicer than but as comfortable as an athletic shoe. I have MANY pairs of Vionic (over 20) but this one is just not as comfortable as I had hoped. The toe box is narrow and it is rubbing against my baby toes. I thought of going up a 1/2 size, but the heel is slipping and rubbing as it is (and it's the size of my other Vionics). Maybe the toe box can be stretched a little? The arch support is good but the athletic sole is not as comfy as some of my athletic shoes. Unfortunately, I have worn them now, so can't return but am not sure I can risk it for a long vacation.

So Comfortable Loafers.

So comfortable and great looking. I’m a teacher who routinely does 10k steps. I’ve recovered with from Plantar Fascitis with Accupuncture and vionics! These are a nice upgrade from my sneakers. I have tried them out for all day wear and they passed. No pain (I uses my own orthotic Aetrex) and they look great. So much better than the Uptown which had little support. I ordered a second pair. Please add in other colors. A sure bet. Also ordered my usual Vionic size (10). No heel slippage either.

Soft Leather

Initially my black loafers fit nicely but the leather is soft. After a few wearing they have stretched to the point that I can no longer safely wear them even with heavy socks. This is sad as they were very comfortable on first wearing.

Why No Wide In This Shoe

Disappointed once again that you don't carry a wide in something like this. I guess you think wide foot people don't need supportive dressier shoes. I have been a customer for about 15 years and your support quality is not keeping up with other shoe makers and you should be carrying wide in almost everything given the customer base you have built your company on
