Shoes Fell Apart - Such A Disappointment

I bought 10-12 shoes (varying brands,styles, widths) before a 5-week trip to Italy and these were my favorite for fit, style and comfort! Wore these shoes less than five days and walked maybe 4-5 miles on city sidewalk/airport terminal conditions and I cannot believe they fell apart! The base of the tongue became detached and unraveled after minimal wear. Unfortunately this happened the night before overseas trip so I’m in a real pinch!! I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of these shoes. I’ve been a fan of Vionic and liked the quality of their product before and this time they have totally let me down. I’m in a panic as I have no sneakers to wear on my five week trip!! I’ve asked them to send me a new pair in Italy and will update my review if they respond to my plea.
