The product worked great when I received it, but after 3 weeks, it started to flake out. I tried calling and emailing the vendor for support. After a week, they finally answered, told me to update the firmware ... still the same problem. It took a few days for them to reply again (left voicemails, everything) - then they had the nerve to tell me to ship it to them (they weren't sending any prepaid shipping package). Good thing Golf Galaxy had a good return policy, because I returned it for a full refund. So take your chances that you get a good model, because if you don't, you will be dealing with the same vendor that doesn't care that you spent $500 on their item!
