The beanie itself is pretty thick and good for the winter. It also has a bit of stretch to it as well. The issue I have is that the item I received was damaged and didn't have tags. It had a secondhand tag that looks like it was adhered at the outlet store. The beanie itself looks like it was stuck on something else at one point and the strings were pulled. If this was the inside that wouldn't be an issue, but it is on the outside of the beanie. A bit disappointed that this was shipped out as a new item.
