Fleece Feeling Great!

The VRST fleece that I originally bought for myself was so comfortable that I bought my buddy one for his birthday! The experience at DSG is also so great. the sales team is always available to help and answer questions.

It’s a very nice and comfortable sweater. Slightly loose around the collar but all around a good purchase.

Bad Customer Service

I had a disappointing experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods recently. I came in with a $30 coupon, only to be told by the woman at the register—without eye contact or any sense of engagement—that it had expired just a few days earlier. I wasn’t upset about the expiration itself; policies are policies. What bothered me was the lack of courtesy. When I asked if a courtesy extension could be considered, she flatly said no and repeated the full price without any effort to connect or empathize. It wasn’t worth the time or energy to push further. I made the purchase, but left feeling dismissed and disrespected. That interaction was enough for me to decide I won’t be returning.
