It Works For Me, But...

First, some good stuff. The treadmill does fold up and fit nicely under my standing desk when not in use. The unit does allow me to get some exercise at home and my convenience. Now, given the price here are the downsides, for me. Enough that I wouldn't recommend this treadmill to someone my size. I have the version that's for up to 300 lbs. I'm about 285 lbs and the treadmill has a hard time starting; I usually have to try a couple times to get it to keep going. Though I don't really care about the "Auto-adjust" mode, the app couldn't finish that setup. Like some others, I have a problem with the belt always drifting to the right, such that the right side of the belt is a bit frayed. I've calibrated it several times, and it now starts with the belt fully to the left, but before the next session, I have to do the calibrate function again to have the belt move back to the left. If the price was lower, I'd give it 3 stars.

Good Product, But At $$$ I Expected Great

I bought this walking pad because comparison reviews said it was the quietest, but it really doesn't seem any quieter than the treadmills at the gym, and at times is louder. Still a very coinvent size, easy enough to move and I like that it can fold up if I decide to store it away. The automatic mode doesn't seem to work for me. I can get it to speed up to a comfortable speed, but if I walk closer to the back to try and slow it down, it very quickly comes to a complete stop. If you know you want to maintain your top speed that seems extra safe to me, but wasn't what I was hoping for. I also wonder if it has something to do with being a somewhat tall guy? Maybe there is a sweet spot for slowing down that with my longer stride I also am far forward enough to speed up? Lastly, I'm dubious on how accurate it is measuring speed and therefore distance. I'll usually choose a speed that feels faster than more normal gate, but will take me sometimes 26-32 minutes to walk a single mile. I've walked a marathon and had better average mile times than I get with a quick session on this machine. If you don't really care about counting miles, then you should be excited that you have a wide speed range. Overall I'm very happy with purchasing a walking pad, but I bought this one because it was considered one of the best and it has a price tag to match. I think I would have been satisfied with a cheaper competitor.

So Worth It!

To start off, we love it & would absolutely buy again! The pad folds up so compact that it’s not an issue to have it stored in a common area of our home but still keep the kids off of it. As a parent of ND kids it is both really tricky to keep them off of things like this & get in movement that isn’t fueled by adrenaline because someone has taken off running. I’m 5’5” so the length of a treadmill is not usually a problem for me but my husband is 6’ so a lot of these smaller ones are just too small - this one is just long enough that he’s not feeling as if he’s stepping off the back. The only complaints we have are that we do wish you could go faster than 3.8mph, some sort of handle to move it around and adjustable incline would be nice (unsure if that could even be possible with the style of fold here).

Doesn't Appear To Be Sized For Upper Weight Limit

I'm 6'7" 270 lbs. Belt skips when walking unless I walk very carefully rolling my feet like I'm in the marching band. Also belt is narrow for wide framed guy with large feet as they get close to each side of the belt. Feel like I have to walk a tightrope somewhat. I'm still using it but not sure it will hold up to the continued use. Should have got the X25 but it was 2X the cost.

Pros: -The materials used for this walking pad appear to be of high quality overall. -The packaging was done with great care. -It's simple to use overall. -Easy to set up. -It comes with screws to adjust the belt's tension. Cons: -I suspect due to the folding design, the noise level during use is somewhat higher compared to my friend’s non-folding version. I’ve loosened the belt and applied a full amount of lubricant right away, which noticeably reduced the noise, but it’s still a bit loud. I also noticed that walking towards the front of the machine produces almost double the noise compared to the back. (it gets better after 10 times usage) -The walking area is a bit narrow, making it easy to accidentally step on the sides, which can cause you to lose your balance. This is something to be cautious of! -When pausing the workout on the mobile app, it automatically ends after about a minute, and you can’t resume, so the data resets to zero. -After folding, it can only be laid flat, not stored upright. -There’s a very noticeable, large slanted seam at the folding point on the track. -The auto function is not working for me. I’m using it on carpet, and I’ve heard it works better on hard floors, but I haven’t tested that myself.
