Disappointed In The Quality

Honestly one of the worst walking pads, really bulky, auto lock at a speed is a dumb feature, it auto turns off and one of the reasons I love my old one is that I can step off to grab something and step back on. When you buy it it makes you walk 2.0 kph until 30 min which I did and never unlocked. It also shines a light while on standby which lit my whole room and turning it off resets the auto lock.

I loved this walking pad so much but the motor randomly stopped working and we’ve only had it for about 6 months! We emailed the company about the warranty but haven’t heard back. Really disappointed after thinking we spent money on a nicer model.
