The Smart Foot-sensing Control Is Not Smart At All

Overall, the quality is good. However, the Smart Foot-sensing Control is too hard to use. You can't walk however fast and slow you want. You still need to focus on the speed and fit it as opposed to letting it fit you. For safety, if you walk a little bit slower, the speed decreases significantly and it even stops. For people who want to work while walking and hope it follow your pace, don't buy it! Because of the high restocking fee, I chose not to return it and just use it only with the remote control. This C2 and the so-called Smart Foot-sensing Control isn't mature enough. The WalkingPad shouldn't even release it at all.

What A Game-changer!

Absolutely love this walking pad. It’s come in clutch! My wife uses it during long meetings, and gets her steps in. Win-win! My one request, wish there was a way to either adjust the volume or turn the sound off. Sometimes the beeping can be too intense. Love the length of the pad and that is has wheels to move/ store. It’s easy to fold/ unfold but I will say it is a bit heavy and can be hard to move. I am currently pregnant so I just take my time moving and setting the item up. Besides this, I love the remote and simple screen on it. I bought a small standing desk to use it with and found it easy to get my steps in.

Excellent Alternative To A Typical Treadmill-

I am in awe of the quality of this walking pad folding tradmill. I purchased a desk to go with it off Wayfair and both are my choice every morning while I watch the news and plan my day. Easy to hide away and move as necessary. Don’t think about it-just get it! So worth it! Much better than the heavy bulky treadmills in my past. Go for it!

Loud And Janky

Seems nice enough out of the box. Way louder than I imagined, it's noticeable even under no load but when someone is walking on it it sounds like a heavy neighbor vacuuming throughout the entire house. The auto-mode doesn't work at all, it constantly starts and stops randomly and I can't get it to just run, even after adjusting the levelling feet. Manual mode with the remote works okay, but I'm disappointed overall. I don't think I'd really recommend it.

Good While It Lasts (Only A Week For Me)

Loved this Walking Pad while it worked. Sadly the power port fell into the machine about one week into use, and now I can’t get the cord plugged in. I can’t fix this without taking apart the entire device and panel, which I am not equipped to do, especially safely (due to the electrical components).

Loud Beeping

I’ve been using for a week now. It works fine enough, but my biggest gripe is that anytime you turn it on/off, change speed, change from auto/manual, it makes the loudest beeping sounds and it’s driving my dogs mad. There’s no way to turn the beeps down or mute either. It will also randomly beep while I’m walking for no apparent reason. The app is basic and nothing great, and the company who made it seems nonexistent to contact. If I hadn’t bought this through my company’s well-being subsidy funds, I would be upset, but since it wasn’t technically on my dime… 3 stars.
