Compact And Convenient!

I purchased this walk pad about a month ago and I’m on my journey to being fit. It’s so convenient to jump on first thing in the morning without having to pack up and go to the gym before work. Nice treadmill, got it for my mother. She's been buying Denise Austin's crap off QVC for years.

Quiet,size

We were happy with ours until 79 yr old husband was walking on the pad at 2.9 , he increased speed gradually 3 when it jumped to 4.0Fortunately he was able to hop off. This happened several times. When bringing the speed down, it abruptly stopped.

Broke Two Weeks After 90 Day Return Policy

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I bought this in June, it worked fine, then while using the treadmill it stopped on its own and I almost fell off. It started beeping and wouldn’t work again. I was told to call the manufacturer, in CHINA, for a solution. They sent a 1 min video on how to REPLACE the circuit board & said it’s EASY for me to do by myself. Then said the direct store could pick up the old one, refund AND replace it AND be responsible for shipping back to China. Dicks in Northridge, CA said they couldn’t help me, even though it was shipped to me from their store. Manufacture emailed that they can’t help me now, it’s been two days since earlier correspondence and that I would have to pay to ship it back! Not only is the treadmill extremely heavy to lift up two sets of stairs but it would be ridiculously expensive to ship it back and probably cost the entire $700 I spent on the treadmill to begin with. I feel robbed. Denise Austin and Dicks are selling defective equipment DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

Set Up - Did Not Work

After being unable to pick up this item in store, I had the item shipped to me. The set up was easy but after turning on the machine, it instantly had error code "E15" and would not work. The manual is completely useless as to what this means other than "communication error" and the app is also of no help. I'm quite disappointed in the product and I now have to go through the hassle of returning the item.

Just What I Needed

I purchased this about 2 months ago. I have used it every day since. My workouts have increased both in length and speed. I feel safe knowing that the safety strap will efficiently stop me when necessary. The speed and distance measurements are consistent with my fitness watch. Many walking pads do not have handles or safety straps, and the digital measurements are on the floor, which are difficult to read. This model has everything you need in a location you can read. And when you need to move it, just fold it up and roll it somewhere else.

Does What It Needs To Do

I bought this treadmill about six weeks ago and am pleased with it. It's very, very basic (doesn't even have a water bottle holder), but if you are not looking for a fancy all the bells and whistles treadmill, this one's for you. Has a nice big digital readout and a space for your cellphone, TV remote, etc. It is very heavy (80-some lbs) and will take two people to get it out of the box and set up. I don't fold it up after using it because it is too heavy for me. The loud, penetrating "beep" it makes when powering on/off and changing speeds is irritating.
