Nice Quality Walking Pad For The Price

I have been using this walking pad for a few months now and it seems to be working nicely. Feels very sturdy and well made. Heavier than expected which isn’t a bad thing. Runs smoothly. Hasn’t needed any type of adjustments yet. Set up to use right out of the box. Comes with easy to read instructions, oil and an adjustment wrench. Remote is fairly easy to use but the button configuration could be better set up and easier to see. I may use a very fine brush and a bright paint/nail polish to fill in the indentations of each key to better see them. My only critiques so far would be: -The oddly short power cord. I use a heavy duty extension cord so this really isn’t a problem for me. -It is a little louder than expected and louder than my last, lower quality/cheaper walking pad but nothing too distracting. -The plastic guards at the back of each rail stick up too far and can trip you up if you step too far back. I’m going to see if I can remove these. This is the biggest draw back that I have found. Overall a nice piece of equipment and I’m glad that I purchased it.

Overall, this is a good product. One thing I would change, however, is the length of the cord. I have to use an extension cord in order to plug this machine in where I want to use it.

No Remote, No Customer Service

Remote doesn't work with the unit. About an hour after bringing the unit home, I called the customer service (KS fit) phone number provided in the box, and a male rep said he would give the tech dept my email for them to contact me the next day. Did not receive an email for several days, so I sent them an email providing a photo of the serial number. No response. A few days later I called customer service again, a female rep took my mailing address and said the tech dept would send a new remote. Now just over three weeks, and still no remote. Still no response to my email. Going to call again once I submit this review.

Great Value

I bought this a month ago because I wanted the ease of getting remaining steps in for the day without going back to the gym or investing in an actual treadmill. The walking pad is easy to use, easy to setup, and small enough to store about anywhere in the house. The whole family uses it and so far has not had any issues.
