Lack Of Customer Service; No Remote

Remote doesn't work. Tried pairing it as some of the other reviews suggest, still doesn't work. Using app is inconvenient for us as multiple people will be using the unit. Contacted customer service three times now, twice by phone and once by email. Still don't have a new remote.

Amazing

I just picked up this great treadmill today & finish walking 2 miles on incline so far it so good. The remote issue I found out which the issue was someone forgot to mention as you plug in your treadmill the switch on the side hold down the plus sign on the remote as you flip the treadmill switch on from the side keep holding just the plus button on remote as the unit turns on you should be about 2-3 beeps before you can let go of it. I had to use the app right away to get the unit running because I couldn’t figure out the remote at first.

Live It!

I recebtly purchased this product and I am loving it! Everything works as should and the incline option is really nice. I also like that the screen will automatically switch between each thing to show your time, distance, etc. The app is an added bonus. One thing I'm having issues getting to work is the remote. Im notsuse if it's a false battery so I will be getting a new battery to see. Overall I highly recommend since you can control it on an app also.

Not Bad, But Remote Pairing Issues

If you are having issues with the remote not working plug it in, keep it off, hold the power button (bottom button) on the remote then turn on the walking pad. After it displays the version ie u0.01 then after that goes away it should beep and the remote should pair again. I had to do it twice, but worked.

Do Not Buy

This walking pad is a waste of money. It came with the remote but it does not work so there’s no way to use the pad. Do not buy this junk!
