Frustrating

Loved it at first but belt starting shifting after two weeks of use. Made adjustment after adjustment and it will not stay centered once you get back on it. Still waiting for customer service to get back to me after they asked me to send a video showing what happens.

The walking pad is that, a walking pad. Which is great. Fits our little house. Don't recommend trying to jog too long on it at the highest speed there isn't enough room width wise. Overall good purchase.

Not Great

Bought it and was told to wait outside. They would bring it out. Waited for over 30 minutes. Went back in and was told “sorry forgot about you.” They chuckled. Gave us a $20 gift card which it turns out wasn’t loaded and the cashier told b my next purchase said sorry it’s not working and threw it in the garbage. Honestly I’m shocked at how poor the service was my last two consecutive visits. Not sure I’ll be back.
