Compact, Quiet, And Easy To Use

Setup was simple, and it’s worked great so far. I usually keep it unfolded, but folding is a nice option. A bit tough to move on carpet given the small wheels, but manageable. Quiet enough for apartment life—no noise complaints. Would recommend!

A Piece Of Crap With Safety Issue

I bought this item three months ago with very light use (1-2 walking session per week). Three weeks ago, the belt stopped moving all in a sudden while I was walking. I almost fell and hurt my head. I called Dicksports and they said it has passed the 90-day warranty period (the day I called is day 92 since purchase) and there was nothing they can do. Called manufacture and was told I need to pack the machine myself (no longer have the original box) and mail it to their warehouse in California so that they can fix it. After some negotiations the manufacture is willing to cover the shipping cost but I still have to pack it myself. I went to three FedEx offices and none of them has the right size box. Went to a local packing company, who told me it will cost $400-500 to pack it. Very much regret the purchase. Do not buy it!!! Even if you can survive the safety risk, the remaining troubles are not worth it. They should have called it WalkingDead.
